History

• Bridge Buddies was obtainable trough the Frostival event since 22 Dec 2017, and it was released officially in Update 56 - Happy New Year, Masters! (3 Jan, 2018). Its initial effect was: "Summon a scrat on both bridges. On each bridge you already own, summon an "Armored" Scrat instead"
• In Update 67 - Give it up for House Valor! (31 May, 2018) the attack speed of Armored Scrats was reduced from 1.2s to 1s (DPS increased from 16 to 20)
• In Update 1.3 (17 Jul, 2019) Bridge Buddies was reworked:
  • Now always summons "Armored" Scrats on bridges
  • If you own the bridge, they gain Haste.
• In Update 1.11 (26 Mar, 2020) Bridge Buddies was reworked:
  • Now again a regular scrat on each bridge
  • If you own the bridge, they gain Barrel Shield.
• In Update 1.15 (30 Jul, 2020) Barrel Shield's health was reduced from 60 to 50.
• In Update 1.19 (3 Dec, 2020) Barrel shield's health was increased from 50 to 60
• In Update 1.28 - Malediction (20 September, 2021), Bridge Buddies was changed so that only up to 2 copies of it can be used in a Team Battles deck.
• In Update 1.33 - Invasion (3 March 2022), Bridge Buddies was reworked:
  • Previous effect: Summons a scrat on each bridge; if you controlled that bridge it gains Barrel Shield
  • New effect: Summons a scrat on each bridge. If Scrat Swarm is active, instead it summons 2 scrats with Barrel Shield on each bridge.
• In Update 1.35 - Frost Dragon's Lair (5 May 2022), Scrat Swarm was reworked:
  • Previously: Activate Scrat Swarm whenever 3 Scrats are in the opponent's arena
  • Now: Activate Scrat Swarm whenever 5 Scrats are in the opponent's arena. This effect lasts for 5 seconds after their arena no longer has 5 Scrats in it.
• In Update 1.39 - Slithery Sacrifices (September 1, 2022), the attack cooldown of Scrats was increased from 1 second to 1.1 seconds.
